We're Back!
Dear 200 Clubbers,

Cory the Kamp and Dan the Ox have arrived in St.Cloud
after our 10-day trip to the Middle East. The last
day was spent on the beach at our 5-star Hilton Hotel
on the Persian Gulf in Kuwait City. Sun, food, hookah
pipes, and rest. The flights were on-time but long.
Six and a half hours from Kuwait to Amsterdam, 9 and a
half hours from Amsterdam to Minneapolis. Then we
waited 4-hours for an 18 minute flight into St.Cloud.
We arrived here about 5:15pm Friday.

We hope you enjoyed the audio clips and our call-ins
during the trip. We also hope you tuned in to the
2-hour special feature show on Saturday morning. Much
of it ran on our Wild Country station, KCLD, and our
Lite FM station. The entire show ran on KNSI from
10a-noon. (Sat, May 7, 2005)

Much more to tell. Please tune in to KNSI AM 1450 as
we will be recapping the trip on Hot Talk with the Ox
during the next few days and weeks.

We can all be proud of our soldiers as part of the
Coalition Forces liberating Iraq and allowing its
people to reclaim their country in the name of
freedom.

Operation Homeland Ox and Kamp over and out.

Dispatch from the Baghdad Convention Center
Dear 200 Clubbers,

It's noon on Tuesday. The Ox and the Kamp are actually
attending an Iraqi National Assembly session right
now! We're at the Baghdad Convention Center in the
International Media Center. We had breakfast at the Al
Rasheed Hotel across the street. Bernard Shaw from CNN
was still hiding under the desk upstairs from the 1991
military operation. We just did a live guest
appearance on the American Forces Radio from their
studio here in Baghdad. Specialist Laura Peterson from
Duluth is the morning show host here right now. We
told all of Iraq hello and thank you from all of you
back in Minnesota.

We flew in to the International Green Zone in Baghdad
from Balad airbase this morning. We flew low over the
countryside and half of Baghdad proper. Quite the
blend of rough looking neighborhoods and nice ones.
This is a beautiful country and Baghdad will be
wonderful once stability is restored and capitalism is
working. I'm so proud the America has stepped up along
with the Coalition Forces of so many nations to save
this country and help it recover from Saddam. The
streets, neighborhoods, and downtown area are all very
nice. They just need some cleaning up.

Hopefully our Blackhawk flight out of here this
afternoon runs on schedule. We hope to be back in
Kuwait tomorrow and back in Minnesota by Friday.

Kamp and Ox out.

A note from the webmonkey
Hey, Fellow 200 Clubbers.

Just a quick note from Mike Sawin. (AKA Listener #1)

Sorry that I got a little behind on posting the audio clips from The Ox. I had some problems with my modem, but we have them fixed. I will be posting everything The OX sends every day before 9 AM.

Each audio clip is listed separately, as a courtesy to our friends who use dial-up.

Pictures can be found at the KNSI home page at http://www.1450knsi.com

Have a great day!
